About Our Staff

We are looking to recruit hard-working, well-motivated couples or individuals with friendly and outgoing personalities.

In Resort

We pride ourselves on being a caring family company; this care extends to our staff as well as our clients, hence once the season is up and running, as a member of our staff we will ensure that you have plenty of ski/boarding time, including lessons if you so wish. With a resort staff of about 18, we encourage you all to work together to support and positively promote our company whilst still having plenty of time to socialize and have fun together. With this in mind, several social events are organised for your enjoyment throughout the season, ranging from piste picnics to guided tours around the mountain, barbecues and of course the end of season bash!

Ski-tech:

To apply for this position you will ideally be over 20 years of age and you must hold a clean driving licence. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals to work with two other members of staff in the areas:

-ski fitting and maintenance of stock

-handyman duties around our 4 chalets

-airport transfers

-occasionally driving our guests to their ski lessons

-some social skiing with our guests

A certain level and knowledge of skiing is preferable, along with plenty of common sense and self-motivation.

Chef/Chalet Host:

We are looking for qualified or experienced couples or individuals to act as hosts/chefs in our 16/18 bed chalets in La Tania, Courchevel. You will be required to cook and serve breakfast, high tea and a 3-course dinner for our guests as well as keeping the chalet clean and tidy throughout.

Hard-working and well-motivated couples/individuals with friendly, outgoing personalities would fit perfectly into our team.

Chalet Manager:

To apply for this position you should be over 21years of age, hold a clean driving license and have some knowledge of the French language. We are looking for a friendly, organised and confident individual to manage our 4 chalets in La Tania, each has an occupancy rate of 14/18 per week with 2 chalet hosts cooking and cleaning in each. You will also be involved in overseeing our childcare programme which employs 5/6 full time nannies. As such, any experience or interest in working with children would be very welcome.

Hotel Manager:

To apply for this position you should be over 21years of aged, hold a clean driving license and have a good knowledge of the French language. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, organised and confident individual to manage our small 12 bedroom Chalet Hotel, bar and restaurant. You will have 7/8 staff in the hotel and an average weekly occupancy rate of 25 guests.

Hotel/Restaurant Chef:

To apply for this position you should be over 21 years of age with either relevant qualifications or work experience.

We are looking for an individual to run the kitchen in our small hotel in La Tania. The hotel has an average occupancy of 25 guests per week all requiring breakfast, high tea and evening meal; we also take extra reservations in our restaurant taking the potential clients for evening meal up to 50 max.

You will have 2 sous-chefs working in the Kitchen with you as well as a pot washer, and 2 waiters/waitresses delivering your food to the tables. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly and motivated to organise the everyday planning and running of the kitchen, as well as keeping on top of the ordering of all the fresh produce from the local suppliers

Hotel Bar Staff:

We are looking for friendly, motivated and honest individuals who already have some experience of working a small bar. You will be required to work alone at quiet times and part of a team at other times; an interest and enthusiasm for organising bar entertainments, e.g quizzes, bar Olympics, Karaoke, would be most welcome.
